True Space Solutions was founded by Aaron Shepherd and Gary Coleman, two friends who have known each other for more than 27 years and share a belief that good business should be built on trust, relationships and doing what you say you're going to do.
Our careers actually started a long way from warehouses. We were both PGA Golf Professionals before moving into the storage equipment industry, where we went on to build extensive experience across warehouse design, pallet racking, project delivery, health and safety, inspections and account management.
Over the years, we saw the industry from different sides, but kept coming back to the same thought: there was an opportunity to do things differently.
True Space Solutions was created because we wanted to build a business where the customer relationship comes first. A company where you can speak directly to the people responsible for your project, get straightforward advice and trust that the solution being recommended is the right one for your business — not simply the easiest one to sell.
For us, this business is about more than racking and storage. It is about creating something we are proud of, building long-term relationships and creating a legacy for our families.
