Within SEMA limits
Damage falls within SEMA limits. Record it and review it at the next inspection — Green does not mean the damage should be ignored.
Repair within 4 weeks
Damage requiring remedial work within 4 weeks. Immediate offloading is not required, but once affected pallet locations are emptied they must not be refilled until repairs are completed. If not repaired within 4 weeks, the item becomes Red Risk.
Immediate action
High levels of damage requiring the affected area to be immediately offloaded and isolated from use until repairs are completed.

Option 1
Damage-Only Inspection
A practical, cost-effective inspection focused on identifying damage to the structural components of your racking, carried out by our in-house competent person.

Specialist Service
At-Height Racking Inspections
Some racking defects cannot be fully assessed from ground level. Our at-height racking inspections allow closer examination of upper-level components, including beam connectors, bracing and areas that may be difficult to see when the racking is loaded.
At-height inspections can be particularly useful following a collapse, where damage has been identified at lower levels, where repeated damage patterns are suspected, or where specific concerns have been raised about components at height.
Where required, we can arrange suitable access equipment and carry out the inspection in a controlled and planned manner. Any findings are clearly recorded within the inspection report with practical recommendations for further action.
