4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing if the scope of work changes materially from that described at the time of quotation.

5. Payment Terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due within 30 days of the date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Inspection Reports

Racking inspection reports are prepared in accordance with SEMA guidelines and reflect the condition of the racking at the time of inspection. Reports are provided for information purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of structural integrity. It is the client's responsibility to act on the recommendations contained in the report within the timescales indicated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
